regret that we are no longer able to offer this facility.

Due to the
Pet Passport Scheme the demand for Quarantine Kennels has fallen away
and is insufficient to keep all the kennels in business.
|
|
|
|
Along with
several others we have been obliged to take the decision to close
Oakenshaw Grange Quarantine Kennels.
|
|
|
|
We are more
fortunate than some as we have other strings to our bow. Some kennel
owners have fallen into bankruptcy and had to give up their homes as
there is no compensation scheme from the government. |

looking for a quarantine facility for your dog or cat then follow our
link (On our links page) to the Ministry Of Agriculture Fisheries and
Food (MAFF) and they will supply you with a list of the surviving
quarantine kennels and catteries.

On behalf of
us all I sincerely wish the Pet Passport Scheme well, not least of all
because of my love for my dogs and the British countryside. We
sincerely hope quarantine will never have to be re-introduced.
