Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Purchases can be made quoting your credit card number and expiry date together with the bank of issue, it paying by Switch we shall also need the issue number. If you are shopping from outside the UK just place your order as normal and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept all major credit cards. Shipping And Handling Although we make every effort, once your parcel has left us we are in the hands of our carriers and cannot guarantee they will deliver on the next working day or in 3 working days. Carriage charges in UK MAINLAND Carriage is filled in for you at £7.95 for 3 working days delivery but you can change this if you wish. Depending upon the carriage you request your order will normally be delivered either the next working day (£11.50), or within 3 working days (£7.95) . Certain parts of the Highlands and Ireland carry a surcharge. Some smaller, lighter items may be sent by Post Office at a cheaper rate of £3.50 by special request. Delivery Schedule If your item cannot be delivered to you within the specified time we will contact you and ask if you wish your order to remain on our system to be delivered later or if you would rather cancel the order.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.
